Under the Big Top: Day One

Well, it is 4:50 am here on Wednesday. What am I doing up? As a little friend of mine is wont to say, "That's a good question." A question for which I do not have a good answer. I'm watching a couple of kids for a friend and one of them needs some medical care which requires getting up in the middle of the night. So, I slept through the actual time I was supposed to get up, but woke up at 3:00ish, did the medical thing, went back to bed. . . wait for it, here it comes, and couldn't get back to sleep. This happens to me a couple of times a month (any guesses what time of the month?)

So, I'm sitting here on the 'puter, catching up on me bloggys and getting ready to post the first night of FAM JAM (Families and Me, Jesus and Me) pictures. There are tons so I will just pick a few. Maybe at the end of the week, I'll upload more on Flickr and leave a link. If you're lucky (wink, wink)!

Some of the parents were sooooo lucky and got to dig gummy worms out of pudding and whip cream with their hands behind their backs. Yum Yum (and Yuck Yuck)!

The finished product. C'est bon? Non? I don't know why I'm lapsing into French. Maybe because it is now 5:04 and I am getting sleepy again!
