Mary and the What Would Your Counselor Think, Way Over-Scheduled, Thank Goodness Your Husband is in Town, Got it All Done Day

I believe the looks on the girls faces says it all: "No sleep! No sleep!"

My schedule for the day:

Cancel dentist and doctor appointments for tomorrow. They conflicted with each other as well as with a top secret thingy that Paul and I have to go to at 9:45 am. Check.

Work in multi-age class from 8:30-12:10. Got Paul to take that shift. Check.

Take Colin to doctor's appointment for tetanus booster/check up. Booster shot. Wait until next year. Check up: Check.

Craft time with friend from church to work on (shh! don't tell!) Father's Day present. Check.

Pick up Colin and neighbor boys from school. Check.

Last minute phone call from friend to determine whether we could take her daughter for the night. No problem. Check.

Dinner with friends before gymnastics. Check.

Gymnastics. Check.

Pick up dinner and take to church for Alpha meeting. (Get Paul to take care of that.) Check.

Come home, let girls play with guinea pigs, give them snack and attempt to get them to sleep. Check. Eventually. Last one out at 10:15 pm.

Breathe sigh of relief at 10:15:01 pm. Check.
