. . . Colin and Paul wrestled Marley to the kitchen floor so I could get a picture of her legs. While I was, ahem, working productively in the house (cough... blogging) she decorated herself with foam stickers.

. . . she finally cooperated and let me get a better picture of her leg grafitti. I keep thinking Goldie Hawn from her Laugh In days.

. . . my friend Julie came out and we went to yummy, yummy lunch (Mexican chicken Caesar salads!) Next, we hopped on over to the local nail salon and got ourselves a pedicure. It is my first of the season--electric blue polish with white flowers and a yellow crystal. I'm not a "foofy" girl at all, but I do enjoy having my toenails decorated for the summer.

. . . Colin ran into the house and scared the (insert your own euphemism here) out of his sister. She blasted through the house screaming and crying. In the vein of "you broke it, you bought it," I told him he needed to get her to stop crying since he started it. He distracted her by asking her if she wanted to use the mask to scare the neighbor. She put it on but never made it outside. She did stop crying. Mission accomplished, Colin.

Pretty toes! I'm just a bit jealous, you know. Lunch out and pedicures. You are living the dream, lady!
