As much fun as having a balloon, is helping to blow up the balloon.

This beautiful bird came out to play. I believe it is a cockatiel, or is that a cockatoo? Anyway, it was very pretty and showed off all its feathers. Fortunately it didn't seem to get noticed by any of the numerous dogs there tonight.
Dylan and Cyrena visit with the bird lady and pass out balloons to the kids, too.
