Fondant Friday

Marley has fallen in love with WE tv's show, Amazing Cakes. She is now an expert on fondant, stacking, etc. She was pretty anxious to make a cake and I actually was brave enough to look up a fondant recipe and make a go of it. She also wanted to do some traditional frosting decoration on the cake. Our fondant was too soft, but still fun. Next time, I will work out some kinks by adding more powdered sugar and figuring out how to get that smoother finish.
